At The School of Civil Celebrancy, we are committed to providing a professional, supportive and high-quality learning experience for every learner. Our Learner Charter and Policies have been developed to ensure that everyone understands the standards, expectations and procedures that support successful learning throughout your qualification.
These documents explain what you can expect from us as your training provider, together with the responsibilities we ask of our learners. They cover important areas including attendance, participation, assessment, equality, diversity and inclusion, safeguarding, complaints, appeals, data protection, academic integrity and professional conduct. They also outline the support available to you during your course and the steps we take to maintain high educational standards.
We encourage every learner to read these policies before starting their course and to refer to them whenever needed. Understanding how we work helps create a positive learning environment built on mutual respect, professionalism and open communication. Our policies are designed not only to meet awarding organisation requirements but also to reflect the values and standards expected of professional celebrants.
As a learner, you play an important role in your own development. By engaging fully with your training, completing your work honestly, respecting fellow learners and tutors, and following the guidance within these policies, you will gain the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed to become a professional celebrant.
Our commitment does not end when your training begins. We continually review and update our policies to reflect changes in legislation, awarding organisation requirements and recognised best practice. This ensures that the information you receive remains accurate, relevant and supports your learning throughout your qualification.
