Fees & Charges directly from The School of Civil Celebrancy

  • The School of Civil Celebrancy reserves the right at any time to revise its published scales of fees and charges whether in respect of new entrants or of learners already on their programme.
  • The fee for any particular programme will be notified on application to the learners.
  • Fees are payable for the course as set out in our Terms and Conditions. All fees, charges and sums payable to the School of Civil Celebrancy are to be paid in full as agreed at the time of learner enrolment.
  • No person shall be awarded a diploma or certificate unless they have paid the fees prescribed and due to the School of Civil Celebrancy.
  • Learners in difficulties over settling their debts to the School of Civil Celebrancy are urged to discuss them with the Directors of the School of Civil Celebrancy at the earliest opportunity.
  • Enrolment with the School of Civil Celebrancy leads automatically to liability for fees. 
  • The fee regulations apply to all learners, as appropriate and are within the Terms and Conditions. 
  • If payment of debt is not received by the due date the directors of the School of Civil Celebrancy may refer the total debt outstanding to an external debt collection agent for recovery. The learners concerned will be liable for any charges arising from the referral including the referral charges and the costs of any court action.
  • Learners who are expecting to progress on a programme but have a Fee debt to the School of Civil Celebrancy may not be permitted to sit assessments (if any) and will not be permitted to enrol for following sessions whilst their debt remains outstanding. Further enrolment will only be granted upon receipt of cleared funds and the learners may be requested to provide advance payment in full for their Fees. The programme of such learners will thus effectively be terminated if the Fees debt remains unpaid.
  • Learners who have not made full payment of fees for a programme at the School of Civil Celebrancy will not be permitted to enrol for another programme until cleared funds have been received by the School of Civil Celebrancy, and the learners may be requested to provide advance payment in full for Fees for any subsequent programme. 
  • Learners are responsible for meeting the cost of additional reading material they deem necessary to fulfil the academic requirements for each programme of study. 
  • If a learner withdraws from or suspends their academic programme, they are automatically referred to the Terms and Conditions of the School of Civil Celebrancy.

 

July 2023 – The School of Civil Celebrancy have set up an agreement with PayPal to allow our learners to use PayPal Credit. The PayPal Credit agreement is between the learner and PayPal and has no association with the School of Civil Celebrancy. The School of Civil Celebrancy terms and conditions will not be altered, affected or amended in any way if this is the chosen payment method.

This policy will be reviewed every 12 months by the School of Civil Celebrancy Team.
